On your first visit, we will have you fill out the new patient intake forms, however to save time, we have included that paperwork below for you to print from home and bring with you to your appointment. You will receive a One on One consultation and examination with Dr.Jeff Gancas. During the consultation Dr.Jeff will take the time to find out how he can help you based on your lifestyle and symptoms. The examination will consist of a postural examination and a thorough structural examination. If Dr.Jeff determines that you are ready and able to receive a same day adjustment, you will then begin your chiropractic adjustments. If he needs further studies, X-rays, MRI, a referral will be provided.
You can expect your first visit to be between 30-45 minutes. For Personal Injury cases, you can expect the visit to be up to an hour.
A Report of Findings, Insurance Verification and recommendations for future care will be scheduled in the days after your first visit.
If you have insurance, please bring your Insurance Card so that we can determine your Chiropractic coverage by the second visit.
